Take Action: How You Can Help Save Samuels Library
The fight to protect Samuels Public Library isn’t over. Extremists continue to push for censorship, defunding, and restrictions on access to books—especially those representing diverse voices, including the LGBTQ+ community. But we won’t stand by and let them win. Here’s how you can take action today:
1. Contact the Board Of Supervisors
Make your voice heard! Email the Board of Supervisors and Warren County Library Board Members and tell them you oppose censorship and efforts to defund our library. Urge them to stand with the community, not the book banners.
Board Members:
Happy Creek District - Jerome “Jay” Butler
North River District - Richard Jamieson
Shenandoah District - John Stanmeyer
South River District - Cheryl Cullers
2. Write to Local Media
